Whirlpool Update

As you can see by the latest Whirlpool Jobsite photo, the project has come a long way. Since this photo, there has been a tremendous amount of work completed by all contractors. We have met the first major milestones for this project by turning permanent power on to the new facility on 9-22-2011 and all sub-stations check out great. We have also powered up the owners equipment on 9-26-2011 and 10-2-2011. We are presently working lots on overtime to meet the rigorous schedule.

We now are working on the Communication Contract that Randy Witty was able to win. Dale Carter won the Building Management Contract with Enterprise Mechanical.

We currently have over 40 people on site. The start date of phase two of the project has not been determined. From what we are hearing from the Whirlpool folks, we might have to demobilize and mobilize another day.

Pennyrile Job Site

We are proud to share the following letter we received regarding the Pennyrile Job Site ...

Dear Mr. Mosley:

As our warehouse project draws to a conclusion, I would be remiss if I did not express our complete satisfaction with Dale Campbell as the Electrical Superintendent. Plain and simple, Dale did an outstanding job! He is customer-service oriented, and did everything under the sun to please us. He has a "can do" attitude and never displayed anger when things weren't going right. Dale's knowledge really came to light when we wanted to make changes and didn't really know what to ask for. He guided us through all available options. He is very good when it comes to working with, and leading others - a real team player.

You have a jewel working for you. Thank you for sending him to us on this project.

Sincerely,
Barney Bishop,
Project Coordinator

Toyo Tire North America, White Georgia

We re just completing the installation of the Curing Presses at Toyo Tire and we received the following letter from the client:
8/18/11
John Wages, Field Manager
KSBI
Mr. Curtis White, Vice President
M&L Electrical, Inc.
Curtis,
I wanted to take this opportunity to thank M&L for another successful installation of Curing Presses here at Toyo Tire North America Manufacturing for Kobelco Stewart Bolling, Inc. As always, the electrical and communications installation has been delivered on time and with the level of expertise that M&L is known for.
I also wanted to express my thanks to Mr. Warner for his excellent management and delivery of services on this project and all previous work he and his crews have provided me on TNA projects. I can proudly say Choya exemplifies all that a person can want from an electrician. His skill level, attention to detail and his ability to see the end result and then deliver are values hard to find in individuals in this day and age. I know you are aware of Choya's abilities and I want to reinforce his value to M&L.
My thanks to all of your employees that have worked with me at TNA from the mixing project through the curing projects. Heath, Gene, James and Derrick were all instrumental in our successes in the Curing Press Installation. You and the staff at M&L have made the electrical portions the most well managed and pleasant experience. As a Field Manager, I cannot ask for a better partner than M&L Electrical. Thank you for your support on another successful delivery to our end user TNA.
Respectfully,
John Wages, Field Manager
KSBI
